We follow strict verification procedures to protect our clients from identity theft and fraud. For states outside of California, there is no sales tax.
We use the following air carriers: UPS, FedEx, US Post Office Registered Insured Mail. We prefer shipping by US Post Service. It is the safest and most reliable. The shipping expense depends on the value of the item(s), the geographic destination and delivery address (residence or business) and the urgency in which the item(s) must be received. There are numerous considerations when shipping high value items all of which affect the total shipping fee. All packages require signatures at the point of destination.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied. We stand behind the quality and value of our merchandise. We have a 100% Money-Back return policy (less shipping charges) on all items returned to us provided items are in their original condition. Any item returned after our 30-day return period will be charged a minimal $25 restocking fee.
Watches have a 3-day return policy. Watches returned beyond the 3-day return period are subject to a 10% – 20% re-stocking fee. Watches that are shipped in their original protective, factory plastic are subject to a 5%-10% re-stocking fee if the plastic is removed.
Watches returned to us within the 3-day return period must be in the condition in which the watch was received. Please do not tape watch boxes. The tape can damage the box. You will be subject to an additional fee if the watch box is damaged.
Items returned must be in their original condition and with their accompanying documentation. If the item you are returning is set with a diamond that includes a Gemological Laboratory Certificate, the original Gemological Laboratory Certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well. You will incur the cost of replacing a Certificate if the Certificate is not returned or if the Certificate has been damaged or altered.
Items returned which are not in their original condition will be at our discretion and could be subject to a refurbishing fee.
Please carefully pack returned merchandise in a box with enough packing material to prevent any damage to the item and ship by US Post Office Registered Insured, Federal Express insured or UPS insured. Please return items to:

We guarantee the authenticity of all of our watches and, upon request, will provide a written evaluation stating the authenticity of your watch. Our collection of watches comes from a variety of sources that includes stores and distributors selling large numbers of watches.
We are not authorized dealers for any of the brands that we carry. However, because we are not an authorized dealer, we can offer substantially greater discounts.
New watches include a One-Year Warranty from the date of purchase through Ken Klenner Watches. Vintage and estate watches receive a six (6) month Ken Klenner Watch Warranty. New watches can be returned to authorized dealers for servicing after the factory Warranty has expired.
The Ken Klenner Watches Warranty covers the movement as long as it has not been tampered with or damaged. The Warranty does not include: damage or wear to the case, watch crystals, strap, bracelet, bezel, crown, pushers and batteries. The Warranty is void if damage occurs either from water damage (from untightened crowns), abuse and/or misuse. Tampering by an unauthorized person(s), including an unauthorized watchmaker, will also void the Warranty.
All Warranty repairs must be sent to our Beverly Hills, CA office. Please contact us before sending your watch. We will be happy to answer any of your questions.
We will continue to service your watch as the need arises. However, the Warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
